BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE APPLICATION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS EULA, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Gallery Guy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
Description of Service
Gallery Guy is a mobile application for managing and cleaning your photo gallery. Features include: • Screenshot detection and categorization via OCR • Similar photo grouping and comparison • Large video identification • Hidden Vault with biometric protection • Smart Clean (swipe-based file review) • Album management The app operates entirely on your device with no cloud services.
License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Gallery Guy for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms.
Your Responsibilities
• You are responsible for the content in your photo library. • You should review files carefully before confirming deletion. • Deleted files are moved to your device's "Recently Deleted" folder where supported by the operating system, but permanent deletion is irreversible. • You are responsible for maintaining your device's biometric security for the Hidden Vault feature.
Intellectual Property
Gallery Guy and its design, code, and branding are owned by the developer. The "Gallery Guy" name, logo, and related assets are the property of Stird LTD. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app.
Disclaimers
• The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. • We do not guarantee that file deletion will free a specific amount of storage. • We are not responsible for accidental deletion of files. • OCR-based screenshot categorization may not be 100% accurate. • Similar photo detection is approximate and may occasionally group dissimilar photos. • Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the app.
No Warranty
The app is provided without warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may discontinue the app or any of its features at any time without prior notice.
Apple Terms
If you downloaded Gallery Guy from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that Apple is not responsible for the app and has no obligation to provide maintenance, support, or warranty services. Apple is not liable for any claims related to the app.
Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Apple App Store Acknowledgments
13.1 APPLE NOT A PARTY: You acknowledge that Apple Inc. is not a party to this EULA and is not responsible for the Application or its content. 13.2 APPLE BENEFICIARY RIGHTS: You acknowledge that Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this EULA, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof. 13.3 APPLE MAINTENANCE: You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Application. Any maintenance and support services are the sole responsibility of Developer, as set forth in this EULA. 13.4 WARRANTY CLAIMS: In the event of any failure to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the Application. 13.5 PRODUCT LIABILITY: Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or third parties relating to the Application, including product liability claims, consumer protection claims, or intellectual property claims. 13.6 LEGAL COMPLIANCE: You represent that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a terrorist supporting country, and you are not on any U.S. Government prohibited or restricted party list.
